JOIN THE PTA!
Our Nottingham Parent Teacher Association supports our children in many ways. We purchase supplies and equipment for our teachers, sponsor many cultural and academic activities, lead science enrichment activities, purchase library books, and more. We encourage each family to join the Nottingham PTA.
The form has areas for joining the PTA, purchasing a yearbook, and putting your child's birthday on the marquee in front of the school. All of these things can be done with this one form AND you can write ONE CHECK TO COVER IT ALL! PLEASE SEND ONLY ONE CHECK and make it payable to the Nottingham PTA.
Download and complete the 2014-2015 PTA Membership Form.
